Weekend Price <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Availability Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This calendar allows listing owners to control daily availability and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click a date<\/strong>\u00a0to mark it as\u00a0Unavailable<\/strong> (useful when the rental is already booked or not offered on certain days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click the displayed price<\/strong>\u00a0to set a\u00a0custom price<\/strong>\u00a0for that specific day (helpful for peak days, holidays, or promotional pricing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The calendar automatically shows each day’s price and reflects weekend pricing rules unless overridden manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Reservation Fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Set a fixed one-time fee that customers must pay when making a booking (e.g., USD 20). This is optional and can be set to 0 if no fee is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maximum Number of Guests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Specify the maximum number of people allowed per booking. For example, if your service supports only 3 people per session, set this value to 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enable Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Turn this on to allow users to pay for the booking directly. When disabled, bookings will be request-only without payment collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enable Instant Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Enable this if you want bookings to be automatically approved without admin or listing owner review. When disabled, bookings require manual approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Refund System<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Turn on the refund system if you want to allow refund requests for booked services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Book a Rental Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Users can book a rental by selecting their desired\u00a0date range<\/strong>, choosing the\u00a0number of guests<\/strong>, and reviewing the booking preview. The system automatically calculates the total cost based on daily prices, weekend rates, and any custom pricing set in the availability calendar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Select the date range<\/strong> Choose the start and end dates for the rental period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select the number of guests<\/strong> Pick how many people will be included in the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Review and confirm the booking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
After clicking Request Booking<\/strong>, the user is taken to the Review & Confirm Booking page. They enter their personal details (name, email, phone), add optional notes, and review the booking summary showing the selected date, time, duration, and total cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Submit the final confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The user clicks Confirm Booking<\/strong> to complete the reservation. Based on your settings, the booking is either confirmed instantly or sent for manual approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Approval and status<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Instant Booking<\/strong> is enabled, the booking is confirmed immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
If not, the booking goes into a pending<\/strong> state until the listing owner or admin approves it from the dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
How Listing Owners Manage Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Listing owners can manage every booking request from Dashboard \u2192 All Bookings<\/strong>. Bookings are organized into Approved<\/strong>, Pending<\/strong>, Cancelled<\/strong>, and Refund Request<\/strong> tabs, making it easy to navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Pending<\/strong> tab, each booking card displays key information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
