Guest Listing Submission is a feature that lets your website visitor submit a listing without creating an account. So when Guest Listing Submission is enabled and any visitor goes to the add listing page, the add listing form will appear with an additional email field. This email will be used to create an account for the visitor once he\/she submit the listing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How It Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When Guest Listing Submission<\/strong> is enabled, the Add Listing<\/strong> form will include an additional Email<\/strong> field.
Here\u2019s what happens step-by-step:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A visitor fills out the\u00a0Add Listing<\/strong>\u00a0form and provides their email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. After submission, they\u2019ll see a\u00a0preview<\/strong>\u00a0of their listing along with a\u00a0Continue to Publish<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once they click\u00a0Continue to Publish<\/strong>, a\u00a0confirmation message<\/strong>\u00a0appears, and the listing is sent for\u00a0admin approval<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The user receives two emails:\n
      \n
    • Registration confirmation email<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 confirming their new guest account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Listing submission confirmation email<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 confirming their listing was received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • After the admin approves and publishes the listing, it becomes visible on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A guest account<\/strong> is automatically created using the provided email address. The user can log in with that email, manage their listings, update their profile, or change their password directly from the User Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To enable this option, navigate to\u00a0WP Admin Dashboard \u2192 Directory Listing \u2192 Settings \u2192 General \u2192 Guest Listing Submission<\/strong>. You can also change the Guest Email Label and Placeholder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Guest User Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Upon successful submission, a user account will be created with the email address that was provided while creating the listing, and a registration confirmation email will be sent to that Email Address. Here is an example of a \u201cRegistration Confirmation\u201d email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
