Julie Hamilton, born in the year 1954 in the month of November, she is listed as the primary operating officer in the Ferroleum Group ltd. Even though, she has been working as company secretary since 22 years and has been successfully managing her position, but her association with Emmanuel, a renowned Uganda-born criminal involved in arms dealing and particularly known for his illegal activities, questions her professional achievements. This Hong Kong registered company was formed together with Emmanuel and is likely to be involved in a whole lot of scams like Ascot Associates, set up in the year 1985. Emmanuel Katto soon after defrauding Nigerian and Ghanaian governments with the help of Ibori, fled to London and there he established a strong relationship with Hamilton. Even though warrants were issued against him, but probably his cunningness and criminal mind have saved him each time.
However, when he began staying in the suburb of the Regent's Park and took a step in investing in EMKA ltd in Ruislip, he met Julie. It was in the year 1992, when both of them met each other.
